Programming and Computers

I was born in southern California and moved to western Washington in my late teens. I began programming on an IBM PC-Compatible with GW Basic in the mid-90s. Now in my 30s, I am the Senior Developer for a medical education company. While I do specialize in website development, I am comfortable in several full-stack environments.

-Linus Torvalds
I have experience in most computer software technologies, starting with the foundation of computers and managing networks, servers and websites. Years of experience wearing multiple hats from server administration and programming has provided me the ability to develop projects from core secured server setups, through the foundations of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and onto product launch.
Family and Hobbies

Daily life is inclusive of my wife and children. Dinner together nightly, game nights (dice, dominos, and PC games) regularly, honest communication, and mutual respect are things we value greatly. Not too long ago, my eldest daughter had a school project to create a “family crest” with symbolism and a motto to represent our family values. With the overall theme being love and progress, we adopted my personal motto as the family motto, “Do no harm but take no shit.”
“Progress is more important than perfection.”
